On October 21, within the framework of the First International Forum of the Alcohol Industry " Higher Degree", which will be held in Ufa in the congress hall "Toratau", a panel discussion "Retail trade: interaction between the state and business - current affairs and decision making" will take place.
The representatives of government authorities and large retail chains "Azbuka vkusa", X5 Group, "Magnet", "Dixie", "Red and White" will take place in it. The moderator of the discussion is the head of the Alcoexpert analytical group Yuri Yudich.
The relevance of the issues of regulating the turnover of alcoholic beverages in terms of retail sales is justified by significant legislative changes of recent times. In particular, market players note that amendments to the law "On State Regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on the restriction of consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" that have recently entered into force require a separate and detailed discussion.
"At the forum, we want to discuss two federal laws - 171 FZ and 345 FZ. The recent law came into force on July 2 and made significant amendments to the regulation of the turnover of alcoholic beverages, clarifying a large number of terms and setting new requirements in this area," comments Andrey Chursin, Director for Interaction with public Authorities of Azbuka vkusa. - First of all, these are issues of separate display of wine and champagne, issued, respectively, before the adoption of 345-FZ and after."

However, 30% of the total turnover in retail is provided by large federal chains, where prices are 10% lower than in the rest of retail."

It bears reminding that the forum " Higher Degree" is intended to become the main platform of the alcohol industry in the B2G format. The events of the extensive business program will be held in the space of the Toratau Congress Hall, and its ceremonial part includes a visit to the village of Bulgakovo, where the general partner of the forum JSC Bashspirt will open its new plant BashBioSpirt.
